Mount Chamlang located in the Hunku and Barun valley is part of a huge international protected area under an agreement between Nepal and China. Mount Chamlang Expedition trekking routes crosses several high passes into Hunku valley as it climbs into the remote Barun Valley at the foot of Mt. Makalu, the world's fifth highest mountain, providing a splendid venue for more adventurous nature lovers. Far and above the most rewarding aspect of a trip to  Chamlang is a chance to venture into an isolated and un-spoilt wilderness of massive moraines, glacial lakes and spectacular peaks  climbing in Nepal and, also the amazing spectacle of sunrise on Everest and Kanchenjunga.

  • Above given cost does not include the climbing Sherpa’s food & fuel, tents, climbing gears and summit bonus above advance base camp.
  • Hiring a high altitude Sherpa cost includes equipment allowances, daily wages, food and fuel up to base camp, insurance, flight to and from Kathmandu and sleeping tents at BC etc.

Summit Bonus: Camp 7000m. = USD 500 and over 7000m. to summit= USD 400 = 900 USD extra payable for per climbing Sherpa on the spot.

Service Includes up to Base Camp:

  • All land transportation by Car or, Toyota Hiace (Airport/Hotel/Airport, expedition pick up and drop).
  • 5 Nights Hotel accommodations in Kathmandu at 3 star Hotel on Bed & Breakfast plan (before and after expedition).
