Chulu West Peak (6,419m. - 21,055ft) and make the dream of peak climbing in one of world's most beautiful regions (the Annapurnas) come true. Basically, there are two Chulu Peaks - Chulu East and Chulu West. This package is for the Chulu West Peak climbing which standing at a height of (6,419m.), the Chulu West Peak offers an interesting peak climbing opportunity for those looking for an adventure in the Annapurna Region. Some consider the Chulu West Peak to be one of the best peaks in the Annapurna region. While climbing the peak, we will also be able to enjoy magnificent views of Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, Annapurna, and other Himalaya peaks. However, climbing the Chulu West Peak requires a good physical condition and a high degree of stamina required.

We arrange special climbing training course on which you will learn and practice with our experienced climbing guide on the techniques and practical use of crampons, ice axe, rope etc to boost the required skills and confidence which ensure you have safe and successful climbing experience to the Chulu west peak in Himalayas. After the ascent of peak trail leads slowly to the Manang Valley, one of the highest valleys of the world. We set up two camps above the Base Camp. After summit the Chulu West, we return via the Throrung-La Pass and Muktinath to Jomsom. From Jomsom, we fly to Pokhara and drive back to Kathmandu.

Detail Itinerary

Peak Climbing Cost Includes:

  • Land transportation by Car, Van, Hiace, tourist and local Bus (Airport/Hotel/Airport, trekking pick up and drop).
  • 4 Night’s Hotel accommodation in Kathmandu and 1 Night in Pokhara at Bed and breakfast basis.
  • 3 Major meals; B/L/D (by Lodge menu) and accommodation; twin sharing bed room at best available teahouse lodge en-route, tented camp at Base Camp.
  • Twin sharing North Face brand tent, dining tent, Kitchen tent, staff tent, Kitchen utensil etc.).
  • 1 English speaking equipped, professional trekking + climbing guide, Cook, Kitchen boys and necessary Porter. (1 Porter between two member).
  • Life insurance for all support crews and their daily wages.
  • Snow bars and fix rope for the climbing as well as tented camp while on climbing to Chulu West Peak.
  • Per member 15 Kg. luggage allow while in the trekking.
  • Air ticket: Jomsom/Pokhara with airport and cargo fees.
  • Peak Permits, Annapurna Conservation Area fees (ACAP) and garbage deposit fees.
  • Medical Kit Box for Nepali support crews.
  • All official taxes and service charge.

Peak Climbing Cost Doesn’t Include:

  • Personal transportation except above programs.
  • Major meals lunch and dinner during your stay in Kathmandu and Pokhara.
  • High tent, high food and main rope.
  • Gammo Bag for the life saving device, incase of altitude sickness for Member.
  • Personal Nature expenses.
  • Emergency evacuation (If incase).
  • Drinks, except tea and coffee.
  • Soup in Lunch, Drinking boiled water, Mineral Bottle Water, Coca Cola, Bar bills Hot shower and hot water bags for night to keep warm inside sleeping bag.;
  • Personal trekking and climbing gears as well as sleeping bag which must cover over minus -30 degree Celsius.

Spring Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu airport (1,350m.), meet our staff then transfer to Hotel.
Day 02: Preparation, Issue permit for Chulu West and briefing at evening.
Day 03: Drive to Besi Shahar (760m.) O/N at Teahouse Lodge
Day 04: Besi Shahar - Chame (2,713m.) by drive then O/N at Teahouse Lodge
Day 05: Chame - Pisang Village (3,185m.) O/N at Teahouse Lodge
Day 06: Pisang – Manang Village (3,350m.) O/N at Teahouse Lodge
Day 07: Manang - Rest day for acclimatization. O/N at Teahouse Lodge
Day 08: Manang – Chulu West Base Camp (4,000m.) Set up tented camp
Day 09: Chulu West High Camp (5,300m.) Tented Camp
Day 10-14: High Camp - Chulu West Peak Summit (6,419m.) and back to Base Camp.
Day 15: Base Camp – Thorung-La Phedi (4,500m.) O/N at Teahouse Lodge
Day 16: Base Camp - Thorung-La Pass (5,416m.) - Muktinath. O/N at T. Lodge
Day 17: Drive to Jomsom (2,700m.) O/N at Teahouse Lodge
Day 18: Fly to Pokhara and transfer to Hotel. O/N Hotel.
Day 19: Pokhara - Kathmandu by tourist Bus then transfer to Hotel.
Day 20: Kathmandu free and farewell dinner.
Day 21: Last minute, transfer to airport for your onward journey.

Autumn Itinerary
