The classic route through the Sherpa heartland to the foot of the world's highest peaks on Earth

Everest Base Camp and Gokyo trek which is lodge-based trek follows in the footsteps of the great climbing parties. Trekking through Sherpa heartland past cultivated fields and small villages, we follow the Dudh Koshi River before the hard work begins as we climb up to Namche Bazar. Above the tree-line the scenery is stark but spectacular and fantastic views.

The incredible Buddhist Monastery at Tengboche is a photographer's paradise, set against the backdrop of Mt. Ama Dablam, Everest and other huge, snowcapped peaks. With time for acclimatization en route, our goal is Everest Base Camp on the Khumbu glacier as well as Icefall and the opportunity to climb Kala Pattar (5,545m.) for a breathtaking view of Mt. Everest, Lhotse and Nuptse. Our descent, surprisingly fast, brings us back to Lukla and scenic flight back to Kathmandu.

Tea-house Lodge Trek Cost Includes:

All land transportation by Car, Van or, tourist Bus. (Airport/Hotel/Airport, trekking pick up and drop).
4 Night’s hotel accommodation in Kathmandu at Bed and Breakfast basis.
3 Major meals; B/L/D (by Lodge menu) and accommodation; twine sharing bed room at best available teahouse lodge en-route.
1 English speaking trekking and necessary Porter. (1 Porter between two member).
Life insurance for all support crews and their daily wages.
Per member 10 Kg. luggage allow while in the trekking.
Trekking Permit, Khumbu Pasang Lhamu Rural Municipality and Sagarmatha National Park entrance fees..

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport (1,350m.), meet our staff then transfers to Hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu free.
Day 03: Fly to Lukla (2,800m.) then trek to Phakding (2,652m.)
Day 04: Phakding - Namche Bazar (3,440m.).
Day 05: Acclimatization, hiking to Everest View Hotel (3,790m.).
Day 06: Namche Bazar - Namche Bazar – Tengboche (3,867m.).
Day 07: Tengboche – Dingboche (4,260m.)
Day 08: Acclimatization day hiking to Chhukung (4,720m.).
Day 09: Dingboche – Lobuche (4,930m.).
Day 10: Trek to Gorakshep (5,288m.) - Visit Everest Base Camp (5,245m.)
Day 11: Ascent to Kala Pattar (5,545m.) and return to Labuche.
Day 12: Lobuche - Dzong-La (4,830m.). below Cho-La Pass.
Day 13: Ascent to Cho-La Pass (5,380m.) - Dragnag (4,700m.) Nos. Thagnag.
Day 14: Trek to Gokyo Lake (4,750m.).
Day 15: Ascent to Gokyo Ri Peak (5,360m.) return to Gokyo Lake.
Day 16: Gokyo Lake - Dole (4.040m.).
Day 17: Dole - Namche Bazar.
Day 18: Namche Bazar - Lukla and transfer to Hotel.
Day 19: Fly back to Kathmandu then transfer to Hotel.
Day 20: Kathmandu free.
Day 21: Last minute, transfer to Airport for your onward journey.
