Mt. Noijin Kangsang (7,206m.), Norin Kang or, Ninchin Kangsa is one of the beautiful peaks which is not the technical expedition in comparison with other expeditions in Tibet (China). This mountain located in between Tingri and Lhasa area of Tibet. The base camp located in the eastern ridge of Noijin Kangsang base camp. After heading to Noijin Kangsang base camp, we will visit the interesting and historical cities of Gyantse and Lhasa. The beauty of the large and sacred Yamdrock Lake and the immensity of Tibet’s plains are absolutely overwhelming. More than half of Tibet’s consists of inhospitable highlands. Neither stocks of trees nor agriculture is possible here, due to the meager rains and heavy storms. Yaks will carry our material to the base camp and we will enjoy a moderate ascent over a broad ridge. We will also have time to visit some ancient temples and monasteries, where the Lama monks live as mystics. The everyday life of Tibetan people is also strongly determined by the religious devotion, even outside of these sacred places. Tibet was also an area of martial people who resisted the conquest of powerful neighbors for centuries. The convulsioned Tibetan history developed a duality, as it became both a fortress and a place of pilgrimage at the same time.

Noijin Kangsang was first climbed via the South Face and Southwest Ridge on 28 April 1986 by a Chinese - Tibetan mountaineering team, the following is the trip itinerary which is starts from Kyirong and ends at Lhasa then drive back to Kathmandu. Alternatively this trip can be start from Lhasa to Noijin Kangsang and end at Lhasa city. Don’t miss out on this opportunity and book your trip. Send us a request and join us on this once-in-a-lifetime expedition in amazing Tibet!
