If you have some doubts about your being ready to try and climb Everest, then the best option for you is to try yourself on a less difficult and dangerous route Everest North Col (7,000m.). Our expedition starts from Kathmandu and we are all meeting in the Everest Journeys office. We drive from Kathmandu to Kyirong (2,700m.) and Tingri. We have 2 day of rest in Tingri for acclimatization and the next day we drive to Everest BC (5,200m.). After 2-3 rest days in BC we start with yaks to Advance Base Camp (5,800m.). The next day we proceed to ABC (6,400m.) where we establish a camp similar to our BC. One day later we climb the North Col (7000m.). It usually takes 5-7 hours up and 2-3 hours down to ABC.
